Video Submission Process

- We will provide you with a Submission Code (example : video-abc123fgh)
- Your video title should look like this “My Video Title ….. (video-abc123fgh)”
- Add hashtag #payluyrecruiter #payluyvideoartist in the video description.
- Release your video to YouTube, Facebook, Tik tok.
- Share us your video submission links on Telegram or Facebook. We will view it by our judges and provide assessment.
Scoring Criteria
- Video convey our objective and content : 40%
- Creative & attractive : 30%
- Viewer counts and LIKES on all platforms : 30%

Competition
- Qualifying Rounds
- Now – 13th December 2020
- Submit anytime to YouTube, Facebook, Tik Tok whenever you are ready.
- Every approved submissions will get a free Payluy T-shirt.
- Top 30 participants results will be announced on https://facebook.com/PayluyKH on 15th December 2020.
- Semi Finals (19th December 2020)
- Top 30 participants will be invited in-person to our competition venue to present your video and your concepts in 5 minutes.
- 3 guest judges will assess & provide scoring to your video.
- Top 10 will be selected for our finals.
- Prize for top 30 : USD 20 each
- Finals (19th December 2020)
- Each of the top 10 finalists will be divided into 5 teams and provided with our guest marketing advisor to enhance and improve your video for final assessment.
- You will be given 3 hours to edit & improve your videos on the spot.
- Your final video edition will be presented for final round assessment.
- Top scoring will be provided with the following prizes.
- Winner : USD 1,000
- 2nd Prize : USD 500
- 3rd Prize : USD 300
- 4th to 10th : Nokia 2.4
- Highest views by the end of December will be given the following prize.
- Facebook : USD 200
- Tik Tok : USD 200
- YouTube : USD 200
Terms and Conditions
1. Submission of your video entry indicates that you agree with the terms and conditions of the competition, as outlined in this article.
2. Participants of the ‘Payluy Video Artist Competition’ will be required to provide sufficient identification such as student ID, National ID or any other form of personal identification to ensure there is no case of mistaken identity.
3. Prizes will be paid out using Payluy eWallet.
4. Selected top 30 finalists are required to go to the semifinal competition venue in order to receive the prizes.
5. Winners will be required to provide full information to claim prizes.
6. Payluy reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
